Dave's BBQ is here for you. My goal is to serve you-the very people I grew up around, the community that I've called home for over 40 years. My passion is BBQ. I do it the simple way at Dave's BBQ: wood, meat, fire! I believe that's all you need to create great BBQ. You won't find any electric parts or propane in my pits. It takes time to do what we do. I do make my own sauces, but I ask that you give it a taste without.

I became passionate about good BBQ in the backyard growing up. Being the people-pleaser I am, I found out the easiest way to make people happy is to give them something great to eat-something they won't forget. Through lots of practice and failures (even burning down a trash can), I kept trying to perfect my passion. After working my share of various jobs, I decided to give this BBQ thing a go... so far so good!
